Terms of Reference

Field Facilitator (Women), BCI-GIF-Sukkur

WWF-Pakistan

Reporting to : WFT/Project Coordinator

Grade / Title : Field Facilitator (Women)

Duty Station : BCI-GIF-Sukkur Field Area

Employment Contract : Short-term

Work Week : 6 (Monday to Saturday) Days – 48 hrs / week

Work Hours 0830 hrs to 1715 hrs

Job Summary

The position will be responsible for ensuring and technically facilitating, day to day implementation of Better cotton Standard System at Farmer level.

The position will be responsible for Implementation of Better cotton Stranded System especially women empowerment, Decent Work at WWF-Pakistan, BCI-GIF SKR Project area

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify potential Women for establishment of WOS with the help of WFT

• Update WOS list with cotton area

• Women Training on Better Cotton Production Principles and Criteria especially Decent Work & Child Labor

• On Farm Training to 100 % WOS

• Conduct Fortnightly/monthly Women trainings at WOS level

• Assist and train the Women for LG Documentation

• Record Keeping of his field activity in his field diary

• Submit monthly work plan/ LG meeting schedule/LG Training Schedule to WEFF on 27 of each month

• Conduct field activity as per work plan

Selection Criteria Education, Experience & Working Knowledge

• At least Matric to F.A

• At least 1-2 year of appropriate experience in a similar capacity

Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrated ability to plan, implementation & Manage filed activities;

• Data Entry & Report Writing;

• Personnel management skills and experience;

• Good problem-solving skills and results orientation;

• Demonstrated interpersonal communication and leadership skills;

• Excellent written / spoken Urdu; other languages will be an advantage;

• Adheres to WWF’s values

• Proficiency in the use of computer office applications on word processing and spread sheet;
